Pious Catholic tradition dedicates the month of September to the consideration of the Sorrows of the Blessed Virgin, to which I have a special devotion. Here is a good book of devotions. One should make the Via Matris with the Litany of the Passion of Our Lord at least on Wednesday and Friday evenings.
And on the 6th of September to the 14th of September, it is popular to make a novena in honour of the feast of the Seven Sorrows of Mary.
