On any given sunday, most of my parish's altar servers are girls.
Considering that most priestly vocations come from men who were once altar servers, it will truly be a miracle is my parish ever produces a single vocation to the priesthood.
I'm truly blessed to have a parish with all male altar servers. There are twenty five of us, from 1'st graders to guys from St.Joseph's university. I don't how our pastor managed to do it, in what was your everyday Catholic church (complete with aging liberals and folk masses).
