Wow.... just.... wow. These people have nothing better to do with their lives. I did'nt know anyone took American Idol seriously. I mean, I only watch it for the Fail Auditions. I need an excuse to post this on the Ship.
Oh, Joe. The state of things. Once upon a time, there used to be real variety shows where talent got recognized. Someone in the industry who was genuinely concerned with seeing young stars develop would see them in a small venue, and then put them on TV if they thought they had promise. That's how Carol Burnett, Bill Cosby, et al got discovered. Now it's just a freak show of William Hungs, etc. People with breathy pop voices who'd be dead in the water without their mics.

It's sad but true. American idol is like a joke. Most of them don;t have any real substance when it comes to singing.
