I finished the pencil sketch for the first chapter of my manga a LONG time ago, but I can't ink it and upload it to me deviantArt page until I get screen tone. There are no stores around here that sell it, and Deleter (my preferred company) can only ship it from Japan, or special order from a store in New York. There are digital screen tones, but I don't have Photoshop or MangaStudio.
Them's the breaks, I guess.
